This site is aimed primarily at people who enjoy the mountains and want to go higher, with maximum pleasure and in complete safety.

So that anyone who wants to go higher can find all the useful information in one place, in a form that I wish I’d found when I first started climbing.

By an old mountain man, a Swiss Alpine Club race leader who has travelled the Alps, Himalayas and Andes for over 30 years and has completed more than 500 races, either as a Swiss Alpine Club race leader, with a guide or on his own.
